Fees and Payment
Pricing: FlexHelp’s Services may be subject to fees. The applicable fees are outlined during the registration or service agreement process.
Payment Terms: Fees are due in accordance with the payment terms specified at the time of purchase. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of Services.
Taxes: You are responsible for all applicable taxes associated with your use of the Services, excluding taxes based on our income.
Refund Policy: Refunds, if applicable, are subject to our sole discretion and the specific terms outlined in your agreement.
Termination
By You: You may terminate your account at any time by providing written notice to FlexHelp.
By Us: FlexHelp reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services if:

No Warranties: FlexHelp provides the Services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Limitation: To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlexHelp will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Services.
Maximum Liability: FlexHelp’s total liability for any claim related to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for those Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

FlexHelp reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes arising under them are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Tampa/St. Petersburg, Florida.
