Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using services provided by FlexHelp Moving Services, Inc. ("FlexHelp," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

FlexHelp provides labor-only moving, local moving, junk removal, handyman, and related services through a network of locally branded service providers. All services are subject to availability and may vary by location.

3. Booking and Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. The deposit amount will be communicated at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due upon completion of services. We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and other methods as specified at booking.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service are non-refundable. No-shows will forfeit the deposit in full.

5. Hourly Rates and Overages

Base pricing includes a specified number of hours. Services exceeding the quoted hours will be billed at the hourly overage rate communicated at booking. The overage rate applies in 30-minute increments.

6. Liability and Damage Claims

FlexHelp carries general liability insurance covering services performed. In the event of damage to your property during service, you may file a claim through our damage claim process. Claims must be submitted within 7 business days of the service date.

7. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring safe and legal access to both origin and destination locations. You must disclose any items that require special handling, including but not limited to fragile items, antiques, and items exceeding 300 pounds. Failure to disclose may void damage coverage.

8. Limitation of Liability

FlexHelp's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
